Booking & payment
Direct UPI bookings remain pending until payment is verified. Unpaid reservations expire automatically.
Campaign duration
Website campaigns stop automatically at the booked end time. Social posts are governed by the selected social package.
Creative & refund
Creatives that breach this policy may be rejected. Where applicable, approved credits can be placed in the advertiser wallet for a future campaign.
